Description
Before it wore mirrors and hand-painted artwork, Jimmy Page’s Telecaster started life simply, finished in White Blonde lacquer over an ash body. That’s the guitar Fender revisits here, built in close collaboration with Page himself to honor the instrument that powered Led Zeppelin’s explosive debut album.
Loaded with a pair of Jimmy Page Custom ’59 Tele single-coil pickups, this Telecaster delivers the raw, biting tone that defined those early recordings. The maple neck carries a custom “Oval C” profile paired with a 7.25″-radius slab rosewood fingerboard and 21 vintage-style frets, resulting in a neck that feels worn-in and familiar from the first note. A “top-loader” bridge gives you the option of through-body or top-load stringing, softening string tension and warming up the tone for effortless bends. A bone nut, vintage-style round string tree, and Pure Vintage Single Line “Fender Deluxe” tuners round out the vintage-correct hardware.
Page’s fingerprints are literally on this guitar: his signature appears on both the headstock and the custom chrome neck plate. The included vintage tweed case comes packed with eight round mirrors, a nod to the guitar’s later mirrored incarnation, along with a black coiled cable, a white seatbelt-style strap, and a Certificate of Authenticity.
