The Metropolis Composer takes the classic dreadnought shape and builds it entirely from mahogany, giving it that focused, midrange-forward voice players reach for when they want warmth without losing definition. The solid mahogany top works with a solid mahogany back and layered mahogany sides to keep the tone cohesive from note to note, while the mahogany neck carries that same rounded character right up the fretboard.
A Richlite fingerboard and ebony bridge round out the hardware with smooth playability and solid, stable intonation. The 25.5″ scale length and 1.72″ nut width give it a familiar, comfortable feel whether you’re strumming through chord progressions or picking out melodic lines, and the 16″ fingerboard radius makes bends and position shifts feel natural.
Plugging in is effortless thanks to the Godin EPM Quantum 1T system, which combines an under-saddle transducer with an onboard tuner right in the preamp controls — no separate pedal or clip-on tuner needed before you step on stage. A Graphtech nut helps keep tuning stable, and 21 frets across the neck leave plenty of room to explore.
Finished in a smooth semi-gloss Natural finish, this guitar shows off the mahogany grain while keeping the look understated and road-ready. Every Metropolis Composer QIT is built in Canada, reflecting Godin’s continued commitment to in-house craftsmanship.
