Description
The Kingman ASCE takes Fender’s SoCal-inspired dreadnought and dresses it up in a full-body 3-Color Sunburst finish, complete with a blacked-out Stratocaster-style headstock for a look that stands apart from typical acoustics. Underneath the styling is a genuinely serious instrument: a solid spruce top paired with forward-shifted scalloped “X” bracing for lively, resonant projection, backed by solid mahogany back and sides for warmth and depth.
The cutaway dreadnought body gives you easy access to upper frets, while the maple neck’s “C” profile keeps things comfortable whether you’re strumming through a set or working out leads. A 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with bone nut and a rosewood “Viking”-style bridge with compensated bone saddle round out the acoustic performance, and aged white binding along with a checkerboard rosette add vintage flair against that gold pickguard.
Plugged in, the onboard Fishman Presys system does the heavy lifting, offering an active preamp with volume, bass, mid, treble, and a body/mid-sweep control, plus a built-in tuner with low-battery indicator—everything you need for reliable amplified tone without fuss.
